We check every profile
Our customer service team checks all newly created profiles for authenticity and guidelines compliance daily. Suspicious profiles are deleted immediately. Any profiles reported to us are checked promptly and will be blocked if necessary.

Babysitters, nannies, and daycare mothers can verify their profile for free to confirm their identity. For this, we use the same technology as banks, for example. After a successful verification, the caregiver receives a blue tick next to their name in their profile. If you see a verified profile, you can be certain that it belongs to a real person.
