Dear Families,

My name is Silvia, and I am a certified Montessori guide through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). I hold two diplomas: Assistant to Infancy (0–3 years) and Children’s House (3–6 years) alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Sexology. With over 10 years of experience working with children aged 0 to 7 in multicultural families across Switzerland, I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt dedication to my work.

My journey into Montessori education began with a deep interest in child development, particularly the foundational role of the early years in shaping the human being. During this critical period, the brain’s structure is formed, and the child’s environment, as well as the adults within it, play a vital role in that development. It is within this context that my role as an educator takes on its true significance.

I believe in respecting each child and recognizing the importance of every developmental stage in their growth. Through a thoughtful and intentional approach, I support children in becoming confident, capable, and independent individuals, nurturing their moral, emotional, behavioral, and intellectual development.

In addition to childcare, I also offer parenting consultations, supporting families in better understanding their child’s unique journey and in creating a consistent, respectful environment both at home and beyond.
