I cannot apply for jobs. What do I have to do?

Private babysitters and nannies
To apply for job offers, you must sign up as a private babysitter or nanny. 
Check if you have mistakenly signed up as a parent. If this is the case, please delete your account and sign up again as a childminder. When doing so, select the option "I am looking for a job".

Self-employed nannies, daycare mothers and companies
To apply for job offers and send messages, you must be a premium member. Find out more about the many benefits of premium membership and our conditions here: Prices and conditions
If you are already a premium member, check to see if you have signed up as a parent by mistake. If this is the case, please delete your account and sign up again. When doing so, select the option "I am looking for a job".
