How do I upload documents?

To gain the trust of clients and complete your profile, you can upload documents such as your CV, references, certificates or driving licence. Documents must be in PDF format and no larger than 5 MB.

To upload documents, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to Babysitting24.
2. Go to "My profile" and scroll down to the "Documents" section.
3. Select the type of document. You have the following options: CV, reference, certificate, driving licence or other.
4. Click on “Upload document”.
5. Select the document from your computer or smartphone and click "Upload". The document will appear at the bottom shortly afterwards.
6. If you want to upload more documents, repeat steps 3-5.
7. If you want to delete a document, click on the trash can icon 🗑️ next to the corresponding document and confirm with "OK".

After uploading, your documents will automatically be displayed in your profile; you do not need to save the changes.
