My name is Malgosia.

I am an experienced preschool and nursery teacher with a solid educational background in pedagogy and childcare. Over the years, I have worked with children in both formal educational settings and as a private nanny.

My years as a nanny gave me a deep, real-life understanding of what children truly need — not only in learning, but in everyday emotional comfort, consistency, and care. I also understand the daily challenges busy parents face, and I know how to support them by creating calm, safe, and well-organized routines. My goal is always to help parents feel confident and at ease, knowing their child is in good hands.

I am passionate about the Montessori approach and use it to encourage independence, creativity, and natural development in children. I speak both English and German and bring warmth, structure, and professionalism into every environment I work in — whether it’s a classroom or a home.
