Expat Family looking for 60% housekeeper / nanny

We are looking for a part-time live-out Nanny / Housekeeper to start at end of June. We live in central Zug and have 2 children, 2 (girl) and 5 years old (boy). We are a non-smoking household, English and German speaking. We also have a small dog.

The children attend Kita most days, so we need someone who will be a House Manager and Housekeeper while they are at school. You will do the cooking and cleaning/laundry while the children are not at home. A driver's license is preferred, as we will sometimes require help with pick-up and drop off to their after school activities. We can provide you with a car if you do not have one.

(When the children are at home, or it was a busy day with other tasks, childcare is the priority and it is totally understandable that the cleaning is not finished if you didn't have time. We are not unreasonable about this.)

We are looking for someone with a good and helpful attitude (non negotiable), a kind heart, honest, organised, clean, hardworking. Our nannies have always been part of our family, and have even travelled with us within Europe and to Asia. We would like to have a nanny who can offer us flexibility in timing (to work sometimes in the evenings when we have dinner plans, and sometimes on weekends, but this will not be more than 1x a month on average).

We are fair and kind employers. We are on our 2nd nanny in 5 years. 1st one left because she got pregnant and wanted to stop working after she gave birth. The 2nd one is still with us, and while we love her, she cannot drive, and we need someone who can.
